Antica Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore

Ripasso is Valpolicella re-fermented over the grape skins left from Amarone production, resulting in a richer, more complex wine than standard Valpolicella. Antica's Superiore shows dark cherry, dried fruit, chocolate, and a long, satisfying finish. A fantastic bridge between everyday Italian red and the luxurious complexity of Amarone.
