Made using the appassimento method with partially dried Sangiovese grapes, Galassi's version from Emilia-Romagna is rich, concentrated, and intensely flavoured. Dark cherry, chocolate, dried herbs, and a long, warm finish — an Italian red with genuine depth and personality. Perfect with pasta, braised meats, or aged Parmigiano.
