Made using the traditional Italian appassimento method — where grapes are partially dried before pressing — Passi Reali is rich, velvety, and intensely flavoured. Expect concentrated dark fruit, chocolate, dried plum, and a long, warm finish. A luxuriously indulgent red from southern Italy that pairs beautifully with rich pasta dishes, aged cheese, or slow-cooked meats.
