2021 Tinazzi Valpolicella Ripasso

Made using the celebrated Ripasso method, Tinazzi's Valpolicella passes through the pressed skins of Amarone, extracting additional richness, colour, and complexity. The result is a deeply flavoured Italian red with dried cherry, dark chocolate, spice, and a velvety finish. A fantastic food wine for pasta, risotto, or slow-roasted meats.
