Sourced from Cave Spring Vineyard’s oldest, lowest‑yielding vines, this structured, elegant wine clearly reflects its limestone‑rich soils. It offers aromas and flavours of hazelnut, ripe apple, crème brûlée, vanilla, and stony mineral, with a hint of coconut on the finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, lobster with wild rice, or stuffed pork tenderloin.
